The Ashdown CTM-100 is a 100W all-valve bass amplifier that captures the timeless sound of classic tube heads while offering modern reliability and rugged construction. Housed in a durable 18mm marine-grade birch ply cabinet with heavy-duty flip-style handles and an internal cooling fan, this amp is built for life on the road. Featuring a five-valve preamp and two KT88 output tubes, the CTM-100 delivers rich, commanding tones suitable for small to medium-sized gigs. Its tonal versatility spans from smooth '60s bass to growling '70s rock and contemporary punch, with Deep, Mid Shift, and Bright switches allowing for fine-tuned adjustments.

The CTM-100’s passive tone circuit offers a wide range of sound possibilities, with highly interactive controls that allow bassists to craft their perfect tone. A user-friendly bias adjustment for the output valves, accessible via the dual-function VU meter, ensures long-lasting performance and easy maintenance.
